All orders are shipped discreet and in neutral packaging.Orders are dispatched by Standard Registered or Express, both come with excellent tracking. Upon shipping, a confirmation email is sent by the shipping company with tracking information.
Orders can also be collected in one of our Boutiques. When this option is chosen, an email will be sent when the order is ready for pickup.

Returns & Exchanges

Credit notes will be issued on garments that are returned unworn & within 7 days of purchase or receipt of goods. Unfortunately items of an intimate nature, items the Company deems to be ”special items” not regular stocked eg. unusual color or combination of colors and ”plus” sizes can not be exchanged. No refunds can be given.

ORDERING INFORMATION & CONDITIONS

Production: Orders normally take ± 4 weeks to produce, this may vary according to time of year & pressure of business.
Stock: Stock articles will be delivered as soon as possible, usually in 1 week.
Orders can not be cancelled unless prior approval is obtained from the Company.

Method of Payment: We accept all major credit cards. We also accept cash (by registered mail only), Ideal, PayPal or Bank transfers to our Dutch bank account.

Grades: Most of the garments are made in thickness 2. See explanation:
1 = 12/15 = 0.012″/0.015″ = 0.31mm/0.38mm (Fine)
2 = 17/20 = 0.017″/0.020″ = 0.43mm/0.50mm (Middle)
3 = 20/25 = 0.020″/0.025″ = 0.50mm/0.63mm (Strong)
Pearl Shine Colors are only available in thickness 1 and 2.
In cases of various available thicknesses, the choices will appear in the order window.
Other thicknesses available upon request.

Larger Sizes: Our standard sizes for both ladies & mens wear, range from size 1 to 10. However; the larger sizes 7 to 10 do unfortunately come at an 15% extra cost.

Repairs: Repairs will only be accepted if all the following conditions are adhered to:
1. Garments must be thoroughly cleaned inside & out, including all traces of rubber polish or silicone products.
2. The original receipt must be supplied as garments should be no more than one year old.
3. Repair has not already been attempted.
